What Synaptiq Is About
Synaptiq opened in Bangkok with a specific purpose: to offer online AI development education that holds itself to the same standard as professional engineering work. The programmes are not designed to get you through a credential quickly. They're designed to leave you able to work on real problems.
The school was set up by a small group of engineers and educators who had worked across data teams in Southeast Asia and noticed the same gap repeatedly — developers who understood theory but had never shipped a model or debugged a pipeline under realistic conditions.
The three programmes map a path from first principles to production-level work. A learner who completes all three will have built models, evaluated them honestly, and deployed them — with written feedback from working engineers along the way.

How We Work
Written Mentor Feedback
Assignments in the intermediate and advanced programmes receive written comments from a working engineer, not automated scoring.
Real Datasets
Programmes use datasets drawn from realistic scenarios rather than cleaned toy examples built for illustration only.
Data Privacy
Learner data is handled in line with Thai PDPA requirements. We collect only what's needed to deliver the programme and stay in contact.
Regular Curriculum Review
Course content is reviewed at the end of each cohort cycle. The field moves fast and the material needs to keep up.
Small Cohort Sizes
Cohorts are kept small enough that mentors can give meaningful feedback without comments becoming generic.
Progress Records
The Advanced Track includes a written progress record that documents what you built and how you approached the work — useful when discussing your background with a future team.

AI Development Education in Bangkok
Bangkok's technology sector has grown steadily and demand for engineers with working knowledge of machine learning and AI systems has followed. Synaptiq started here because it's where many of the engineers who built the school were already working, and because there's a real base of developers in the city who want to move into AI work without relocating or enrolling in a full university programme.
The online format is deliberate. Developers in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and elsewhere in Thailand — or across Southeast Asia generally — can follow the same curriculum on their own schedule. Live sessions are timed to work reasonably well across the region's time zones.
The three-programme structure reflects how engineers actually develop this kind of knowledge: foundations first, then applied work on real datasets, then the engineering side — deployment, evaluation, the things that matter when a model has to keep working in production. Each programme stands on its own, but the three together cover the ground from start to portfolio.
Synaptiq does not position itself as a career placement service or make predictions about outcomes. What it offers is clear instruction, honest feedback, and a structured path through material that takes time and effort to learn properly.
